Address Accuracy & Apartment Deliveries

  • Address Verification: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

  • Apartment Buildings: If you reside in an apartment complex, we strongly encourage having packages delivered to a secure mailroom, front desk, or leasing office. Packages left at individual doors may be at risk.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

  • Delivered Status: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If missing, please check with neighbors, building management, or contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Damaged Goods: If your package arrives damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged box and contents, and contact our support team immediately. We will initiate a carrier claim and issue a replacement product.

Legal Compliance & Quality Guarantee

  • Third-Party Tested: Every batch is verified for quality, safety, and purity standards.

  • Customer Satisfaction: We stand behind our wellness products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price. Please contact support to begin the return process.
